I thoroughly enjoyed working on the High Hand Brewery project in Loomis, CA. Collaborating with the owner and the staff was an absolute blast! High Hand has already established itself as a prominent presence in Loomis, and being involved in their grand expansion and new endeavor was truly memorable. I would like to extend a heartfelt shout out to everyone at High Hand for granting me the opportunity to work with you and be a part of such a remarkable legacy.

Sean Venus, the owner and Distiller, began Venus Spirits in a humble, dimly lit building with limited resources. Joining his team and witnessing his visionary plans for the new space, I experienced the satisfaction of being part of a meticulously executed endeavor. Collaborating with the entire team, including Sean, was truly enjoyable. I hold great admiration for those who transform dreams into masterpieces, and being involved in that journey left me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. 

The Safeway Dairy Project was a significant milestone in my career. Unlike my previous projects focused on breweries or distilleries, this project allowed me to explore a new industry. Despite having years of experience as an owner/operator, this project taught me valuable lessons and reinforced the idea that learning never stops. Completing the Safeway Dairy Project was a major accomplishment for me at that time. It not only provided a sense of fulfillment but also influenced my future projects
